As an Indianapolis native, Korey Wynne has spent the majority of her life around real estate. Her grandfather, a commercial developer, her father, an appraiser, and her fiancé, a custom homes builder. She has seen and been apart of the great transformation of the city and suburbs of Indianapolis. Her abundance of knowledge of the region and her own experiences of living in Indianapolis her entire life, give her an eager desire to help the client thrive in the neighborhood they chose to reside in!

Korey also works for her fiancé’s custom homes company. There she does everything from business management, to swing a hammer. She has extensive knowledge of homes from everything from foundation to roofing to plumbing and drywall. Her niche is in luxury homes, residential flips, and finding the perfect lot to build a dream home on. She strives to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person she works with.

When Korey isn’t at work she enjoys hiking or canoeing in nature, being at a concert, or spending time with her furbabies and fiancé. She participates in the Hoosier Chapter of the Sierra Club as well as donating a lot of her time to her recovery volunteer work.
