I graduated from Indiana University where I earned a BA in History in addition to holding a Business Management Certificate from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. I have an extensive background in Property management, Construction management, Residential Development, and Residential Real Estate. 

In July of 2009, I started as a Site Manager with Van Rooy Properties, in 2011 I was promoted to Regional Manager. My portfolio with Van Rooy Properties consists of multifamily LIHTC and market properties that are located throughout Indiana. My portfolio consists of Van Rooy owned assets and fee managed assets that are owned by AIG and Berkshire and Hathaway. 

In February of 2017, my wife and I opened up The Beauty Mark. The Beauty Mark is a full-service hair salon, which has a rustic design with a modern appeal. We have 9 independent stylists located in Westfield Indiana. I designed and oversaw the complete buildout of the salon. 

In May of 2019, my brother and I launched C3 Real Estate and Renovations. C3 Real Estate and Renovations is a full-service remodeling company that has three main focal points. The first is to provide a clean-cut construction experience for the customer. The second is to renovate distressed assets by redesigning layouts and adding custom modern designs.  The third is to build portfolios of profitable residential rental housing in high demand areas.

In July of 2019, I signed with Trueblood Real Estate to become a Professional Real Estate Broker. My ambition and passion for the Real Estate industry have no bounds.  I have a passion for helping people follow their dreams, and most dreams start with a place called home. My years in the multi-family industry allow me the distinct ability to make the transition from apartment living to a proud homeowner seamless. With my unique residential development background, I can provide a custom home buying experience, especially for consumers looking to buy and renovate older artisan homes.
